[波变换] DiscreteWaveletTransform

小波轉換(Discrete Wavelet Transform, DWT)，所先對原圖水平做低頻和高頻的 convolution 之後降 頻，再做垂直的低頻和高頻的convolution，最後再降 頻，得到 結果。
