1、下载Peter Lee改为vc6工程的x264源码 (见附件) 。
打开D:\x264-060805\x264-060805\build\win32\libx264.dsw进入VC6简体中文企业版，此时编译，会出现很多错误，需要做以下的各种工作：
2、下载并安装Service Pack 5 for Visual Studio 6 (vs6sp5.exe 130 MB ，见附件)
安装此升级包后，VC6的菜单等绝大部分全变为英文版
3、下载并安装Visual C++ 6.0 Processor Pack (vcpp5.exe 1.12 MB，见附件)
