本系统的主要使用者，其主要进行售票工作，并向观众提供有关电影的播放时间、播放厅、票价以及选定电影场次的销售情况等信息。售票员的权限通过其相应的登陆接口进行相应限制。在系统中，售票员进行的操作主要有：查询或选择电影，按观众要求选择座位，确认并打印电影票。
2管理员
本系统的主要管理者，其主要进行电影信息及播放列表的相关操作。在现实过程中，管理员对应于电影院的大厅经理。管理员通过系统提供的管理员入口获得其对应的权限（经理权限）。在系统中，管理员的主要操作有：查询某部电影的上座率，对具体电影信息的相关操作（添加或删除），对播放列表的维护（添加、删除或清空）。
