开发了以组态王为电梯模型软件环境、以PLC为实物控制器的六层电梯半实物仿真系统。首先构建了电梯模型，针对空间立体的电梯结构，采用平面分区域法建立电梯结构模型，将组态画面分为厅门轿厢及楼层显示区、外呼按钮区、轿厢内呼按钮区三大区；根据电梯结构和功能，定义了电梯模型与PLC的交互变量，并将变量与模型中元件进行动画连接，针对轿厢升降和门的开关运行动态，编写了脚本程序和事件命令语言程序。
