本程序用到了GDI（图形设备接口）来进行windows图形编程，充分利用了设备无关位图和面向对象的编程思想。本程序可以使用户完成多种功能，比如：从工具栏选择颜色，更改绘图的线条的粗细，各式各样的绘图工具，选择不同工具时鼠标光标的变化，从外界引入位图。最后还可以对任意位图进行修改，并且运用双缓冲的技术使用户在绘图过程中不会感到屏幕闪烁而眼睛不会疲劳。
