此远程控制软件的原理是基于c/s框架的，分为服务器和客户端，先运行服务器在端口8086上监听客户端的连接
，然后再运行客户端。为了使此软件能在整个网络中客户端都能连接到服务器，服务器必须拥有一个全球唯一的ip
