在菜单标题的后面加“&+字母”即可实现菜单快捷键的设置。程序运行时，用户按Alt键加上该字母键，便可以激活并操作该菜单。如果设置快捷键的菜单项是子菜单，那么还需要为该菜单的上级菜单设置快捷键，否则上级菜单没有快捷键就不能运行子菜单的快捷键。
