扩展一个负跳沿触发的外部中断源，把T0（P3.4）脚作为外部中断请求输入端，溢出标志TF0作为外中断请求标志。
T0引脚接一个独立按键模拟外部中断信号，当按键按下时，T0引脚上发生负跳变，启动定时器T1。在P1.0口输出周期0.5秒的方波，点亮一位LED。用中断方式实现。
The t0 (p3.4) pin is used as the input of external interrupt request, and the overflow flag TF0 is used as the external interrupt request flag.
