本文研究开发了大功率风电齿轮箱试验台,用于6兆瓦以下的风电齿轮箱台架试验。论述了风电机组和风电齿轮箱的基本结构及电功率封闭式的齿轮箱试验台在风电齿轮箱试验台中的应用。在此基础上,利用西门子变频器、电动机、可编程控制器和WINCC监控软件搭建了风电齿轮箱试验台的驱动和加载系统,可实现对风电齿轮箱的驱动和加载,完成风电齿轮箱的各种试验,模拟风电齿轮箱在风力发电时的工作状态。利用NI数据采集卡和Labview软件搭建了风电齿轮箱运行状态监控系统,可对试验中的风电齿轮箱进行状态监控、故障诊断和停机保护。

利用纵风作用下随机弹道系统成形滤波器,把成形滤波器的微分方程与外弹道角运动方程及质点弹道方程联立,便构成为易于求解的完整的外弹道随机动力学模型。在具体的数字仿真实施过程中,采用尾翼延时张开技术来减小散布的措施,利用经典的统计试验法——蒙特卡洛法得出了不同平均风速下的火箭弹角散布与尾翼延张时间的关系的仿真曲线。
仿真结果表明,有色噪声的白化是完全可行,同时也从实例中证明了成形滤波器理论的正确性 也得到在一定风速下的最佳尾翼延张时间。
