本设计采用STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心设计了一个光伏寻日控制器。设计包括硬件设计和软件设计两大部分。
硬件设计部分包括单片机最小系统、光电检测模块、电源模块、电机驱动模块、LCD显示模块和按键模块六个部分。控制器采用双轴光电检测跟踪方式，由MCU完成计算与控制，并产生用于控制两个步进电机的信号，控制电机旋转实现寻日效果。通过按键可以改变运行模式，手动控制系统运作。系统具有实时显示与键盘扫描等功能。软件采用了模块化的设计方法，主要分为主程序、电机控制程序、AD子程序和液晶显示子程序四部分。
This design uses STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core, and designs a photovoltaic solar search controller. The design includes two parts: hardware design and software design.
The hardware design includes six parts: the smallest MCU system, the photoelectric detection module, the power module, the motor drive module, the LCD display module and the key module. The controller uses a dual axis photoelectric detection and tracking mode, which is calculated and controlled by MCU, and produces the signal used to control two stepping motors to control the rotation of the motor to achieve the day finding effect.
