本文档描述了用于NAND闪存的二进制BCH编码器/解码器。NAND闪存扇区由一个512字节的数据区域和一个16字节的备用区域，每个扇区总共528字节组成。实现了一个二进制的BCH代码，校正错误，以确保数据的完整性。伽罗瓦场维是m = 13。编码器/解码器的输入和输出都是字节格式的。数据以每两个字节-十六进制字读出
BCH码的信息长度必须是4的倍数。
