DNP3（分布式网络协议）是一组在过程自动化系统组件之间使用的通信协议。它的主要用途是在公共事业如电力和自来水公司。用法在其他行业是不常见的。它是为不同类型的数据采集和控制设备之间的通讯而设计的。它在SCADA系统中起着至关重要的作用，它是通过使用SCADA主站（又名控制中心），远程终端单元（RTU）和智能电子设备（IED）。它主要用于一个主站和RTU或IED之间的通信。（符合IEC60870-6的一部分），用于跨主站通信。
DNP3 (Distributed Network Protocol) is a communication protocol between the system components used in process automation. Its main use is in utilities such as electricity and water companies. 随着计算机技术的飞速发展，网络无时不刻在改变人们的生活方式和工作方式，网络化已经成为当今社会发展的一个重要特征。随之而来的网络信息安全，也成为了全球的热点问题。如果一个国家不能保证网络信息的安全，就不能保证社会经济生活等各种活动的有序进行。网上谈判属于电子商务活动，在网上谈判中需要建立一个安全、便捷的电子商务应用环境，PKI对于保证网络谈判过程中的信息安全性有一定意义。
本文主要研究网上谈判中信息安全保障问题。首先对网上谈判的原理、过程和发展趋势进行了一个全面论述。然后根据信息安全现状及存在问题，阐述了PKI、防火墙和IDS等安全保障机制，重点研究PKI，并且对PKI的应用和发展作了更深一步的论述。接着以江阴焱鑫科技有限公司为例，研究其网络拓扑结构，对其网上谈判的安全隐患进行分析，主要以黑客攻击的形式体现，针对这些问题利用PKI来实施部署，保障网上谈判中的信息安全，最后总结部署后系统的安全性能。

The consequent network information security has also become a hot spot in a global area. If a country can not guarantee the security of network information, it will not be able to ensure the orderly conduct of the social and economic life and other activities. Online negotiations belong to the e-commerce activities, and it is necessary to establish a safe and convenient e-commerce application environment. PKI for the network to ensure the information security in the negotiation process has certain significance.
This paper mainly studies the information security issues during online negotiations. DTU接受程序使用Java编写，其中，…\WSNserver\src 为源文件，…\WSNserver\bin 为可执行程序。该文件夹下project文件可用eclipse for java 直接打开编译。编译是需要注意的是将java-mysql的类库放置在C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\ext路径下。本程序只用到这一个Java外部类库。
