系统管理
1.角色管理
角色包括采购员( 即管理员)、经理、校长、董事长这4种(分别用1,2,3,4表示)
1-管理员拥有除了审批以外的所有权限
2-经理负责员工的申请资产。
3-校长负责经理的申请
4-董事长负责校长的申请
2.用户管理
2-基础数据
1-类别管理
例如电脑整机下面有子类别笔记本,笔记下还有子类
2-存放地点
比如分为一校区、二校区、河西培训中心等，而一校区又分为一楼仓库、二楼仓库等。
3-使用地点
使用地点也像上面一样
3.资产管理
1-资产入库
资产入库就是将现有的资产添加进来。包括资产编号，名称，类别，购买日期，型号规格，单位，数量，单价等。
2-购买资产
资产购买就是后勤申请采购->校长审批->董事长审批-> 入库登记
3-领用资产
领用资产先是查看是否存在，如果存在,再通过审批，再添加一条领用记录，同时减少这个资产的数量。
管理员：admin admin
校长： admin2 admin2
董事长：admin3 admin3
