在理论分析的基础上,着重采用Fox-Li数值迭代法计算了平平腔振荡模式的振幅分布和相位分布。计算结果表明,在经过300 次渡越后,归一化的振幅分布和相位分布实际上已不再发生变化,镜面中心处振幅最大，从中心到边缘振幅逐渐降落，镜面已不再是等相位面了。但对于菲涅尔数较大的平行平面腔，特别是在镜面中心及其附近，平面波是很好的近似，只有在镜的边缘处，波前才发生弯曲。则已找到光腔的一个自再现模式或横模分布。另一方面,分析了腔镜倾斜扰动对平平强腔内振荡模式的影响。数值计算表明,腔镜倾斜破坏了场分布的对称性,当引入的扰动量达到λ/ 36 时,振幅分布和相位分布发生严重的畸变。
Based on theoretical analysis, focusing on using Fox-Li iterative method to compute the average value of cavity oscillation modes of amplitude distribution and phase distribution.
