BMP模糊和锐化1. 图像的均值模糊滤波采用的方法比较简单，对于每一个像素，进行一个mask的修正，在以该像素为中心的m*m的方阵中，求取改mask中的一个加权均值，程序中直接采用权值都为1，进行简单的模糊操作。
